Caspar Headlands State Beach sits at the mouth of Caspar Creek between dramatic sea cliffs, offering excellent diving when conditions cooperate. The site is known for its clear water, abundant marine life, and interesting underwater topography including small caves and swim-throughs. Less developed than other state park sites, it retains a wild, remote character.
