Northeast-facing cove at the eastern tip of Anacapa, opening toward the channel. Primary exposure is to north through east-northeast energy — channel windswell and winter northeast events arrive at near-full strength. South swell wraps around Arch Rock at greatly reduced height, and west through northwest channel swell bends in around the north shore at low strength, so a running seaway can still push light surge into the back of the cove. One of the most reliably diveable spots on the island.
